Hello, my name is Megan and this blog is about green education. Being eco-friendly, recycling, reusing and reducing are all important to me and I am on a life-long journey to be greener. I am also going to school to become an elementary teacher and I want to promote and encourage my students to care about their world and environment without being preachy. This blog is about any and all things green within the realm of education. I named my blog the green owl because owls are associated with wisdom and knowledge and green represents an eco-friendly lifestyle.
